 ‘मुख्यमंत्री माझी शाळा, सुंदर शाळा’

1. Purpose

राज्यातील सर्व व्यवस्थापनांच्या व सर्व माध्यमांच्या शाळांमधील शिक्षक, पालक, विद्यार्थी व माजी विद्यार्थी यांच्यात शाळेप्रती उत्तरदायित्वाची भावना निर्माण व्हावी व त्यायोगे स्पर्धात्मक वातावरणातून विद्याथ्यांना शिकण्यासाठी आनंददायी व प्रेरणादायी वातावरण मिळावे यासाठी भारतरत्न डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर आदर्श शाळा योजनेंतर्गत 'मुख्यमंत्री माझी शाळा, सुंदर 'शाळा' हे अभियान राबविण्यात येत आहे.

2.System URL

Type the URL (https://education.maharashtra.gov.in) in the address bar of the browser to open the following screen.

 

Click on the School Portal Tab to open the following screen.

1.     School portal users should select School Portal option from the Screen to open the following screen.

3.Login Page

 

1.     Enter the User ID provided to you. Here you enter the school UDISE number.

2.     Enter your password.

3.     Enter the Captcha Code displayed on the screen.

4.     You can reload the Captcha code using the link “Reload Captcha Image”.

5.     If you have forgotten the password, click on “Forgot Password…?”

6.     Click on the Reset Button to reset the login page.

7.     Click on the Login button to log into the system.

8.     Your Login page will look like as follows when login is successful and you will enter the Main Screen.

4. Head Master Function.

Click on the menu: ‘मुख्यमंत्री माझी शाळा, सुंदर शाळा’ to access the module.

The following screen is displayed on click of ‘मुख्यमंत्री माझी शाळा, सुंदर शाळा’ button.

There are two parts to fill the information

Part A and Part B with 60 and 40 marks respectively, total 100 Marks.

As shown in the below screen (arrow mark), headmaster can download GR and user manual.

Part A screens is as follows:

 

अ)    विद्यार्थीकेंद्रित उपक्रमांचे आयोजन व त्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांचा सहभाग - एकूण ६० गुण.

Part B screens is as follows:

ब) शाळा व्यवस्थापनाकडून आयोजित उपक्रम व त्यातील विविध घटकांचा सहभाग

For every questionnaire upload relevant pdf file and enter the remarks.

Part A screens is as follows:

अ) विद्यार्थीकेंद्रित उपक्रमांचे आयोजन व त्यातील विद्यार्थ्यांचा सहभाग - एकूण ६० गुण

१)    शाळा व परिसराचे सौंदर्यीकरण -

Save the data:

On click of Save button the following screen is generated.

Uploaded pdf files will be displayed here, on click of pdf file, the uploaded file can be viewed/ downloaded.

Uploaded pdf file can be viewed/downloaded.

a)     If other than pdf file is uploaded then below said alert message will be generated.

b)     If pdf file greater than 2 MB is uploaded then below said alert message will be generated.

c)     If special characters other than Dot and comma is entered in the remarks then below said alert message will be generated.

d) If headmaster tries to finalize the information without entering the remarks, then below said alert message will be generated.

e) If headmaster tries to finalize the information without saving the data, then below said alert message will be generated.

If invalid file has been uploaded, then headmaster can re-upload the pdf file and save the data.

Note: Once the data has been finalized, any modifications or changes cannot be made.

२)    विद्यार्थ्याचा विविध उपक्रमातील, व्यवस्थापनातील व निर्णय प्रक्रियेतील सहभाग: -

३)   शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता व व्यक्तिमत्व विकासासाठी आवश्यक अवांतर उपक्रम :-

४)   शाळेची इमारत व परिसराची स्वच्छता :-

५)   राष्ट्रीय एकात्मतेस प्रोत्साहन देण्याबाबतचे उपक्रम :-

६)   विविध क्रीडास्पर्धांचे आयोजन :-

 

Part B.

ब) शाळा व्यवस्थापनाकडून आयोजित उपक्रम व त्यातील विविध घटकांचा सहभाग.

१)   आरोग्य :-

२)   आर्थिक साक्षरता व कौशल्य विकास :-

३)   भौतिक सुविधा बाबत, खाजगी संस्था, व्यक्ती ,कंपनी यांचा सहभाग व शाळा व्यवस्थापन समिती :-

४)   तंबाखू मुक्त ,प्लास्टिक मुक्त पर्यावरण, शिल्लक अन्न प्रक्रिया विल्हेवाट :-

५)   शाळेचे माजी विद्यार्थी, पालक, स्थानिक सेवाभावी संस्थाचा शाळा उपक्रम सहभाग :-

We have uploaded all the relevant pdf files for all the questionnaires and entered necessary remarks.

On click of Save button the following screen is generated.

Uploaded pdf files will be displayed here, on click of pdf file, the uploaded file can be viewed/ downloaded successfully.

Headmaster should make sure that all the relevant files and valid remarks are entered, once confirmed then the data can be finalized.

Note: Once the data has been finalized, any modifications or changes cannot be made.

On Click of finalize button.

On click of Cancel button then below said alert message will be generated.

On click of OK button then below said alert message will be generated.

Final status of the school is updated as data is finalized as shown below.

All the data fields will be disabled after the data is finalized as shown below.

Logout.

Logout using logout option provided at the right corner of the screen.
